Ellis Manor is a professionally managed senior community offering quality apartment living in a prime location. Residents must be 62 or older, meet income guidelines, and be able to maintain independent living.

Ellis Manor features spacious one-bedroom apartments with central air/heating, carpeted floors, blinds, cable-ready units, appliances, walk-in closets, intercom security, laundry facilities, on-site maintenance, courtesy security, and handicap accessibility. Operated under HUD federal guidelines, the community also offers services and activities such as Bible study, arts and crafts, sewing, exercise classes, chair aerobics, beauty/barber salon, food pantry, monthly trips, movie nights, birthday socials, and 24-hour on-call maintenance.

Greater Grace Temple Gardens, acquired in 1977, provides family housing as part of GGT’s commitment to the community, offering safe, affordable, and well-maintained homes.
